Dano Sayles


Dano Sayles, with Coldwell Banker Island Properties, has over 20 years of full time experience as a liscensed REALTOR. Since joining Coldwell Banker Island Properties in 2006, Mr. Sayles has focused on land acquisitions, shopping centers, and industrial parks. His advanced education includes the GRI, CRS, CRB, and Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist designations.

Previous to joining Coldwell Banker Island Properties, Mr. Sayles was the Principal Broker of The Wailea Group. His role in the initial launch of Ho'olei, a 120 unit resort condominium project locatd just across from the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa, garnered the sale of 100 units in the first three months.

From 1997 until his parternship with the Wailea Group in November of 2004, Mr. Sayles opened and operated the RE/MAX Maui office. Mr. Sayles was also awarded the coveted Chairman's Club and Hall of Fame award and was in the top 10 individual RE/MAX producers for the United States as well as Internationally.

He also teaches other Realtors and their teams and is highly sought after for his advice. Additionally, he attends numerous conferences, such as the Pacific Builders Conference and the International Builders Show, to continually build upon his knowledge and make key contacts.

Mr. Sayles' experise is broad and wide. From starting his career by acquiring lots and building custom homes, to becoming the sales manager in the first new neighborhood on Maui where he alone signed 120 people to reserve homes on opening day, to owning a full brokerage operation, Mr. Sayles has many years of experience. He has the unique ability to walk people through sand lots with blue prints in order to help them visualize the possibilities.
